1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
We accept return requests for eligible products purchased online or directly from our store, subject to the following conditions:
Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Condition: The product must be completely unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Unboxing Video Requirement: For online orders, customers must provide an uninterrupted, start-to-finish unboxing video showing the package opening and the defect/issue clearly.
Warranty Priority: Products covered by our Warranty Policy will first be serviced or resolved under warranty. If the issue cannot be resolved or serviced through warranty, the item will become eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Screen protectors, tempered glass, software licenses, campaign/discounted items, or promotional clearance products are non-returnable unless sent incorrectly by us.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping & Handover
Shipping Cost: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. However, if the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item delivered or physical defect upon arrival), GIB will cover the shipping cost.
Inside Dhaka: Products must be returned or dropped off at our nearest designated outlet/care center after confirming with support.
Outside Dhaka: Products must be securely packaged and sent back via Sundarban Courier to the address provided by our support team. Customers must record a full video while packaging the returned product.
4. Refund Policy & Timelines
Once your returned item is received, inspected, and verified by our technical team, the refund will be processed according to the following guidelines:
Advance Payments: Advance payments are non-refundable unless GIB fails to deliver the product within the stipulated timeframe or cancels the order due to stock unavailability.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase (MFS, Bank Transfer, or Card/Payment Gateway).
Processing Timelines (Working Days Only):
Mobile Financial Services (bKash / Nagad / Rocket): Within 3 working days.
Bank Transfer: Within 3 working days.
Debit/Credit Card (SSL Gateway): 3 to 14 working days (subject to bank clearance).

গ্যাজেট আইকন বিডি (GIB)-এ গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের প্রধান অগ্রাধিকার। কেনাকাটা করার পর যেকোনো প্রয়োজনে আপনাকে সহায়তা করতে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা নিচে দেওয়া হলো:
১. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলী
আমাদের অনলাইন শপ বা আউটলেট থেকে কেনা পণ্যের জন্য নিচের শর্তসাপেক্ষে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয়:

আনবক্সিং ভিডিও বাধ্যতামূলক: অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পাওয়ার পর প্যাকেজ খোলার একটি সম্পূর্ণ এবং বিরতিহীন (uninterrupted) আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রদান করতে হবে।
ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসি: ওয়ারেন্টিযুক্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রথমে ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি অনুযায়ী সমাধান বা সার্ভিস প্রদান করা হবে। যদি ওয়ারেন্টির মাধ্যমে সমস্যার সমাধান করা সম্ভব না হয়, তবেই পণ্যটি রিটার্নের যোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে।

৩. রিটার্ন শিপিং ও হস্তান্তর
শিপিং খরচ: রিটার্ন শিপিংয়ের খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে। তবে আমাদের ভুলের কারণে (যেমন: ভুল পণ্য বা ভাঙা/ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পাঠানো হলে) রিটার্ন খরচ GIB বহন করবে।
ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে কথা বলে নিকটস্থ নির্ধারিত আউটলেট বা কেয়ারে পণ্য জমা দিতে হবে।
ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: কুরিয়ার পাঠানোর আগে সুন্দরভাবে প্যাকিং করার একটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ ভিডিও করতে হবে এবং সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে সাপোর্ট টিম থেকে দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে।
৪. রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি ও সময়সীমা
ফেরত পাঠানো পণ্য আমাদের হাতে পৌঁছানোর পর কারিগরি দল পরীক্ষা করে শর্ত পূরণ সাপেক্ষে রিফান্ড অনুমোদন করবে:
অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট: অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সাধারণত অফেরতযোগ্য। তবে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে আমরা পণ্য সরবরাহে ব্যর্থ হলে সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম: যে মাধ্যমে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা হয়েছে (বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা কার্ড), ঠিক একই মাধ্যমে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা (শুধু কার্যদিবস):
MFS (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট): ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।
ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার: ৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে।

৫. নীতি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার
গ্যাজেট আইকন বিডি (GIB) পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি সংশোধন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
